We are looking for an experienced Ecommerce Specialist to manage and optimize performance media campaigns across a variety of platforms. This role involves overseeing paid media initiatives, ensuring efficient campaign execution, and delivering measurable results for national and global clients. This is a long-term contract position based in Cleveland, Ohio, offering the opportunity to work with diverse clients and cutting-edge advertising tools. Responsibilities: • Manage and optimize daily operations of performance media campaigns across various channels, including social media, video, display, and programmatic platforms. • Collaborate with creative teams to support the production of new content aimed at continuous campaign improvement. • Lead the implementation process for performance media, including campaign setup, monitoring, and reporting. • Analyze campaign performance metrics to ensure proper pacing and budget utilization, minimizing resource waste. • Monitor costs and budgets while preparing detailed reports on campaign outcomes and KPIs. • Develop insights and actionable recommendations based on campaign results to share with internal teams and senior client stakeholders. • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance campaign strategies and execution. • Ensure certifications in platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, and Bing are up-to-date, or obtain them within six months of hiring. • At least eight years of experience in paid search, social media advertising, or programmatic campaigns, preferably in an agency setting. • Hands-on expertise in setting up and optimizing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital ad tools. • Current certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, Bing, or the willingness to obtain them within six months of employment. • Proficiency in tools like Shopify, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and programmatic advertising platforms. • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail. • Solid experience in managing budgets and reporting on campaign performance metrics. • Familiarity with APIs for platforms like Google and Facebook is a plus.
