Why You’ll Love This Role • All Inbound Leads – stop wasting time prospecting, we bring the clients to you • Six-Figure Earnings Potential – top agents consistently earn $100K–$150K+ annually • Real Paychecks – agents are averaging $4,000–$6,000 bi-weekly • Spliffs and Bonuses – extra earning opportunities on top of commissions • The Best Leads in the Industry – real people actively looking for affordable ACA coverage • No Free Money Gimmicks – no scammy advertising, no “free money” calls — you’ll actually be helping families get the coverage they need • No Red Tape – we move fast, hire fast, and promote fast • Daily Mentorship – sharpen your skills alongside proven closers and leadership • Remote Flexibility – work from home while staying connected to a winning culture What You’ll Do • Take inbound calls from qualified ACA prospects (no cold calling) • Work leads efficiently through TLDialer • Enroll clients using HealthSherpa • Submit deals quickly and accurately • Stay connected with your team and leadership on Discord • Consistently close 8+ deals/day and 40+ per week What We’re Looking For • Licensed Health Insurance Agent with at least 6 active state licenses (we primarily operate in AL, AZ, FL, IN, NE, MS, MO, OH, SC, TN, TX) • FFM Certification, E&O Insurance, and FFM Integration for this year (or ability to obtain quickly) • Minimum 1 year of ACA sales experience required • Proven ability to consistently close — minimum of 8 deals per day required (top agents average 15–20 per day) • Must be able to work full-time hours, 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST • Self-starter mindset — if you do not put in the work, you will be terminated quickly • Must have your own equipment: laptop or desktop plus dual monitors • High-energy, coachable, and entrepreneurial attitude • Ability to stay accountable and thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment Compensation • 100% Commission-Only Role • Agents who hit minimum production targets receive $500 every two weeks as a performance bonus • Agents who hit 100 members bi-weekly receive an additional $1,000 bonus, which acts as a base — and 90% of our agents hit these bonuses consistently • Total earnings range: $90,000 – $120,000+ per year, uncapped • Multiple daily, weekly, and monthly bonuses and spiffs to maximize your income and keep performance high • Designed to reward closers and hold agents accountable to results This Role Isn’t For You If • You have less than 1 year of ACA sales experience • You cannot consistently hit at least 40+ deals per week • You do not have or cannot quickly obtain E&O Insurance and FFM Certification/Integration • You are not licensed in at least 6 of our 11 operating states (AL, AZ, FL, IN, NE, MS, MO, OH, SC, TN, TX) • You come across as emotionally unstable, incoherent, or unable to communicate clearly • You ask questions that show a lack of seriousness, such as: • “Is this hourly?” • “Can I do part-time?” • “I’ve never done ACA before” We move fast and only hire top performers who are prepared to deliver results immediately.
