Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Overview We are seeking a bilingual / multilingual Customer Service Representative to join our professional insurance agency. In this role, you will be providing service and support to our customers - majority are Chinese and Vietnamese. Your ability to communicate effectively, analyze customer needs, and resolve issues will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. • Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner. • Assist customers with product information and order processing. • Collaborate with team members to improve processes. Skills • Able to read and write Chinese and Vietnamese. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. • Proven experience in customer service or support roles.
