This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation in Python, SQL, and the Microsoft Data Stack, including Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, and Power BI. You will play a key role in building and maintaining scalable data pipelines, supporting analytics initiatives, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines using Databricks and Microsoft Fabric • Write optimized SQL queries and develop data transformation logic • Automate data workflows and ETL processes using Python • Integrate and manage data across Azure Data Services (e.g., Data Lake, Synapse, SQL Database) • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for business stakeholders • Collaborate with data analysts, scientists, and business teams to understand data needs • Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across systems • Document data processes and contribute to engineering best practices Required Qualifications: • 3-5 years of experience in data engineering or a related field • Proficiency in Python and SQL (must-have) • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, and Power BI • Familiarity with the Microsoft Data Stack (e.g., Azure Synapse, Data Factory, SQL Server) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Nice to Have: • Certifications in Databricks, Azure, or Microsoft Fabric • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control (e.g., Git) • Exposure to data modeling and ETL frameworks • Industry experience in financial services or legal domains Education: • Preferred: Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field. Certifications: • Required: None • Preferred: Certification in data engineering or a related field. The Compensation range for this role is 116,000 to 135,000.00 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
