                                About the position
Responsibilities
• Improve the core product experience for sellers by enhancing tools and services for business growth.
• Build competitive and cost-effective strategies for seller products that cater to international customers.
• Determine customer needs through direct interactions, qualitative research, and statistical analysis.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to launch, optimize, and innovate on seller tools.
• Define and own the product vision and strategy, measuring and achieving ambitious goals.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on small business hobby and collectible sellers' practices.
• Document product definitions, including value propositions and use cases.
• Communicate goals and guide the delivery of product solutions, including roadmaps and go-to-market plans.
Requirements
• 7+ years of product management experience, particularly in small business products and services.
• Deep experience with SaaS products in ecommerce and online marketplace contexts.
• Strong understanding of customer onboarding and retention strategies in an international SMB market.
• Ability to engage in technical discussions with design, engineering, and operations teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for articulating complex concepts.
• Ability to mentor and guide cross-functional teams without supervisory responsibility.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to take initiative.
Nice-to-haves
• Experience with customer, operations, and workflow research.
• Demonstrated success in creating new customer value in ecommerce tools.
