Game Presentation & Audio/Visual Manager
About the position
Responsibilities
• Manage the design and creation of video/motion graphic elements for LED signage and in-arena programming.
• Oversee in-game video production projects and the creation of Motion Rocket graphics.
• Hire and manage part-time gameday staff for game production.
• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair broadcasting systems and equipment.
• Prepare and maintain technical records and engineering logs for broadcast equipment.
• Test and align new equipment prior to installation at FMBA.
• Provide support for event setup and teardown.
• Collaborate with IT for new audio and visual technology rollouts.
• Provide budget information for new system implementations.
• Manage video content and graphic creations during home games.
• Design and create graphic elements based on event digital signage calendar.
• Work closely with tenant marketing to ensure brand consistency.
• Be proficient in all aspects of game night staff positions.
• Assist in other projects as assigned by management.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in electronics, broadcasting, communications, or related field preferred.
• Minimum two years of relevant experience in broadcast operations.
• Working knowledge of technical production equipment and maintenance.
• Familiarity with Newtek Tricaster, Broadcast Cameras, AJA Audio/Video routers, Ross Xpression, Motion Rocket, Yamaha Audio Consoles, Clear Comm, and Vitec IPTV.
• Basic knowledge of IP Networking and signal flow.
• Strong computer software skills, particularly in Adobe and Microsoft Suites.
• Experience in video production, including pre-production, shooting, editing, and live broadcasting.
Nice-to-haves
• Live sports television or game presentation experience is a plus.
• Strong video editing skills.
