Social Media, Marketing & Website Manager (Part-Time, Remote) About Us L Wallace NP & Associates is a premium emotional health and wellness practice specializing in concierge psychiatry, therapy intensives, and emotional strategy for high-achieving professionals. We’re transitioning from insurance-based therapy to serving primarily self-pay clients seeking rapid, transformative results. Role Overview We are seeking a Social Media, Marketing & Website Manager with proven skills in SEO, paid digital advertising, and Squarespace website management to help us attract self-paying clients and grow our premium service offerings. This role is part-time (10–15 hours/week to start) with potential to expand as our marketing scales. Responsibilities Social Media Management Develop and execute content strategy for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn Manage scheduling, posting, and repurposing content (videos → reels, carousels, etc.) Write compelling copy with strong calls-to-action (consultations, free downloads, program sign-ups) Research hashtags and trends to maximize organic reach SEO & Content Marketing Perform keyword research and optimize website/blog for Google ranking Ensure new content (articles, landing pages, service pages) is SEO-optimized Track and report organic traffic growth, conversions, and search visibility Paid Ads Create and manage Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta/Facebook Ads Optimize campaigns for ROI and lead generation Monitor ad spend, track conversions, and provide monthly reports Website Management (Squarespace) Maintain and update our Squarespace website (service pages, landing pages, blog posts, scheduling integrations) Ensure website is mobile-friendly, fast-loading, and SEO-optimized Create/update landing pages for programs, intensives, and special offers Integrate booking links, forms, and lead magnets seamlessly Monitor site analytics and suggest data-driven improvements Qualifications Proven experience in social media management, SEO, Squarespace website management, and paid ads Strong copywriting and design skills with ability to match brand voice Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, or similar design/editing tools Skilled in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads Manager Hands-on experience with Squarespace CMS (editing layouts, forms, SEO settings, and integrations) Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and conversion tracking (Bonus) Experience working with healthcare, therapy, or coaching brands Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Increase in website traffic from organic search (SEO) Growth in social media engagement (follows, saves, shares, comments) Number of qualified leads generated via ads and website Improved ranking for targeted service-related keywords (e.g., “therapy intensives,” “emotional strategy”) Conversion rate from ad clicks to booked consults (15-min calls or sessions) Consistent delivery of monthly analytics/reporting with actionable recommendations Hours & Pay 10–15 hours/week to start Rate: $25–45/hr depending on experience (open to flat-rate packages for SEO + ads + Squarespace management) Flexible hours, fully remote How to Apply Please submit: A short introduction highlighting your experience with social media, SEO, Squarespace, and paid ads Examples of websites, ad campaigns, or content you have managed Your preferred hourly rate or package pricing Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
