�� Key Responsibilities Answer inbound calls, emails, or chat inquiries from American Airlines customers

Assist with booking flights, cancellations, rebookings, and travel modifications

Provide guidance on baggage policies, check-in, seating, and loyalty programs

Handle customer concerns with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency

Escalate complex issues to specialized support teams when necessary
