Role Description This role involves providing exceptional service to our guests across various communication channels. • Service: Amaze our guests at every touchpoint, including inbound calls, chats, and emails. • Education: Develop a quest for knowledge to understand the brands and locations we represent. • Problem Solving: Identify, research, and resolve issues to utmost customer satisfaction. • Collaboration: Partner with your manager and teammates to meet individual and overall service goals. • Taking initiative: Be proactive in keeping up with relevant product updates and trainings. • Nurturing: Build, develop, and cultivate relationships with repeat guests and travel partners. We provide opportunities to grow within the contact center, including onto the sales team, where you will match our vacation product with our guests’ needs. Requirements • Availability to work overtime as required. • Availability to work any shift during business hours, including evenings and weekends. • TICO (Travel Industry Council of Ontario) certification required within first 60 days of employment; TTC will pay for the first attempt of certification.
