Tutor

Bloomington Tutors provides expert, one-on-one tutoring for IU students. We’re looking for talented undergraduates, graduate students, and college graduates who are able to tutor any of the following courses taught at Indiana University Bloomington: • Finite math • Calculus • BUS K201 • Accounting • Other Kelley business courses • Statistics • Informatics and computer science • Chemistry • Biology Required experience: One semester or more of teaching, tutoring, or helping others learn in a formal or informal setting. Priority will be given to candidates who have taken, taught or tutored these courses specifically at IU Bloomington and to candidates with formal job experience or educational on-campus roles. Required skills: • Excellent technical knowledge of subject matter. • Outstanding desk-side manner. • Must reside in Bloomington, IN and be available for at least one year. You set your own hours, location, and schedule. Sessions will be conducted in-person or virtually, depending on your availability and individual students' needs.
