WHO we're looking for: We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager - Audio & Memory who will be responsible for managing the strategy and execution across the Consumer Decision Journey on the .com site for the Audio and Memory category. You will be responsible for building relationships with cross-functional teams and agencies, responsible for planning and implementing best in class strategy with focus on organic growth. This position is part of a fast-paced, dynamic digital team responsible for a growing business. You should have vision and "big picture" thinking to identify new opportunities throughout the consumer journey to grow awareness, engagement and conversion, while also having strong attention to detail. Ability to manage internal stakeholders across the organization, and agility to influence and collaborate across other vertical teams in a highly matrixed environment. Role and Responsibilities: • Manage Audio and Memory marketing activities on the .com site including the strategy/development of local marketing pages, the localization of globally developed product/marketing pages and the optimization of the user experience. • Help develop and execute an integrated digital advertising activations across key digital touchpoints, to ensure communication of key promotions and other .com site initiatives. • Brief and optimize SEM and SEO efforts alongside agency. • Lead strategic promotions work streams for the .com site to drive sell-through. Provide and prepare presentations for regular executive share-out. • Develop clear, concise briefs for creative agency, drive timelines for asset development, and lead internal reviews with key stakeholders. • Work with the performance analytics team to identify and lead the real-time optimization of marketing across the .com site. • Manage and execute landing pages, promotional campaigns, and product content across .com site. • Collaborate closely with the eCommerce team and coordinate with HQ in Korea and other global stakeholders. • Drive the setup and execution of product launches and retail promotional activities (badges, banners, timelines). • Ensure clear and consistent communication across product, marketing, and digital teams. • Utilize tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Excel for planning and execution. • Maintain organized documentation and timelines for campaign deliverables. • Work cross-functionally with creative, analytics, development, and merchandising teams. Required Experience and Education: • 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce marketing or product-focused project management. • Bachelor's Degree required. • Background in digital marketing, retail promotions, and campaign operations. • Strong experience in project management and communication with multiple stakeholders. • Experience with eCommerce platforms and understanding of customer experience best practices. • Experience in Digital Marketing Analytics and CRM. • Website planning and optimization - experience optimizing for SEM and SEO. Necessary Skills and Attributes: • Self-motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a team-based or independent environment. • Detail-oriented with strong organization skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Limited supervision and the exercise of discretion. • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Excel (foundational level required). Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and project management deadlines. May require working additional time beyond normal schedule and periodic travel.
