Online business Manager/Appointment Setter
We’re looking for a U.S.-based Online Business Manager / Appointment Setter who thrives in sales, organization, and customer engagement. You’ll be the bridge between leads coming in and new patients joining our concierge membership.
This is not a “virtual assistant” role—it’s a revenue-driving position where your success = more women getting the care they need (and yes, you get rewarded for that).
What You’ll Do
• Engage new leads from our CRM, website, and social channels.
• Call, text, and email prospects—warming up cold leads into scheduled consults.
• Follow up with no-shows and cancellations until they reschedule.
• Confidently present and explain our concierge subscription program.
• Keep CRM clean and updated so the marketing team can do their magic.
• Report weekly on key numbers: appointments booked, show rate, closes.
What You Bring
• U.S.-based, fluent English with a professional but friendly voice (no heavy accent).
• Sales or customer engagement experience (healthcare, coaching, or service-based biz a plus).
• Comfortable with phone, Zoom, and text follow-up.
• Organized, reliable, self-driven.
• Empathetic communicator—you can actually listen and connect.
Compensation
• Hourly: $20–25/hr (part-time 15–20 hrs to start).
• Bonus: $100–200 per concierge subscription closed.
• Growth opportunity: Full-time Online Business Manager role as we scale.
