About the Role We are looking for a LinkedIn Marketing & Outreach Specialist to help us generate leads, book meetings, and grow our business through strategic LinkedIn outreach. This is more than just sending messages — we need someone who understands how to build relationships, generate real results, and turn conversations into booked calls. What You’ll Do ✅ LinkedIn Marketing & Outreach • Build and manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns • Write and send professional connection requests, follow-ups, and nurturing messages • Grow and maintain a strong LinkedIn network ✅ Lead Generation • Find and qualify leads based on clear target criteria • Organize and track leads using CRM tools or spreadsheets ✅ Appointment Setting • Book discovery calls and follow up with prospects • Confirm meetings and ensure prospects show up ✅ Marketing Support • Suggest LinkedIn post ideas and help boost engagement • Report on outreach progress (connections, replies, meetings booked) What We’re Looking For • Proven LinkedIn marketing results — show us campaigns that delivered real leads or meetings • Experience with lead generation and appointment setting • Excellent written and spoken English • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to write polite, clear, and persuasive LinkedIn messages • Familiarity with LinkedIn tools, CRMs, and collaboration platforms (Google Workspace, Slack, etc.) • A proactive, self-motivated attitude Nice-to-Have (But Not Required) • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or email outreach tools • B2B marketing or sales background Why Join Us?
