Regional Sales Performance Partner or Senior - East Coast of FL/Miami/Orlando (Must Reside in Market)
                                Job Summary
Improves Regional Sales Performance and Customer Experience through both direct coaching of bankers and coaching of managers of bankers (Coach the Coach). Partners with Retail regional management and corporate Consumer Bank leadership to implement strategies supporting the performance and knowledge of bankers and managers. This role requires face-to-face engagement with branch teams and supports the overall region.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Consults and conducts sales and service coaching for retail team members and coaches of retail team members in region through the following actions:
1.) Conducts one-on-one observation and feedback sessions with retail team members for the purpose of improving consultative sales and referral skills with focus on expansion of existing customer relationships( by phone or in person), and acquisition of new customer relationships through COIs, referrals, and leads (by phone or in person);
2.) Drives consistency in customer service and consultative sales standards to ensure a consistent customer experience through all interactions;
3.) Analyzes skill gaps and performance improvement opportunities for team members and their respective managers; and
4.) Provides constructive feedback to participants and consults with direct managers and team leaders to ensure that continuous development provided is reinforced through on going performance management.
• Supports Retail Regional Leadership by:
1.) Building greater organizational capabilities through sound talent management;
2.) Developing, implementing and managing recognition initiatives;
3.) Ensuring sales activities are conducted in an effective manner and coaching to the quality of activities;
4.) Leading communication forums with region and LOB partners on behalf of the RRSM.
• Partners to develop strategies and tactics to improve retail segment success by serving on project teams and providing feedback to Consumer Bank Leadership to:
1.) Enhances retail systems and processes to further streamline work;
2.) Develops, validates and refines training curriculums and delivery methods;
3.) Communicates profile attributes to support more effective talent acquisition strategies; and
4.) Maintains Relationship Banker Performance Management Standards.
• Facilitates focused communication to Relationship Banker team members by conducting periodic communication forums in the region. The forums include sharing of critical information related to job role, sharing of best practices and recognition and may include virtual and in-person meetings.
• Each team member is expected to be aware of risk within their functional area. This includes observing all policies, procedures, laws, regulations and risk limits specific to their role. Additionally, they should raise and report known or suspected violations to the appropriate Company authority in a timely fashion.
• Performs other related duties as required.

Minimum Education:
• Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum Experience:
• 7 - 10 years of sales leadership experience in a goal-oriented environment, preferably in Retail Banking. At least 3 years of supervisory or sales training experience.
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
• Proven sales abilities in financial services industry
• Ability to coach, inspire, develop and lead individuals to achieve results
• Effective Communication and Leadership Skills
• Knowledge of federal, state and other banking regulations
• Knowledge of consumer and small business banking products including lending, deposits and investment areas
• Strong sales and business development skills
• Proven self starter able to effectively prioritize and adapt to change
• Maintain a working knowledge of retail systems, retail processes, retail products and services to ensure most informed coaching approach. This knowledge should include deposit account origination, consumer and small business loan origination, account servicing, sales support systems (i.e., Sales Force) and sales incentive system.
