Social Media Strategist with Micro-Influencer Focus (IG, FB, TikTok)
We’re looking for a creative, data-driven Social Media Specialist to join our cause-driven agency team. In this role, you’ll help shape the voice and strategy for a diverse range of client accounts—developing monthly and quarterly social media strategies designed to fuel growth, engagement, and meaningful impact.
The right fit will not only understand how to create scroll-stopping content but also how to harness emerging platforms like TikTok and build micro-influencer strategies that drive authentic brand connections.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the creation of high-level, platform-specific strategies for client accounts.
- Develop and execute TikTok-first campaigns that align with client goals.
- Identify and collaborate with micro-influencers to amplify reach and community engagement.
- Track performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
- Stay on top of evolving social trends and integrate them into client strategies.

- A strategist with a proven track record of driving measurable results on social.
- Experienced in TikTok strategy, trends, and content formats.
- Skilled at building influencer programs and managing micro-influencer collaborations.
- Passionate about storytelling, analytics, and using social media as a force for good.
