Talent Acquisition Onboarding Specialist
NeuroRestorative, a part of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services for people of all ages with brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries, illnesses and other challenges. In a variety of locations and community-based settings, we offer a range of programs, including vocational and therapy programs, day treatments, and specialized services for infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members and Veterans.
Recruiting / Onboarding / Background Processing
100% Remote position that will have periodic travel for career fairs and to meet with our hiring managers
Must be available to work in Mountain and Pacific time zones
The role would be working to partner with our talent acquisition recruiters, hiring managers, candidates and vendors to coordinate the tasks involved with hiring and verifying candidate requirements for the job offered.
Ideal candidate would need to have experience with onboarding candidates through the hiring process with a strong attention for details and impeccable follow through skills.
Job Responsibilities:
• Previous experience utilizing the applicant tracking system to track and coordinate a new hire candidate throughout out the onboarding process.
• Communicate required next steps with candidates and forward offer letters to the candidates
• Complete pre-employment requirements respective to operating group, state, and funding regulations
• Work closely with Talent Recruiters and Hiring Managers to ensure a quality candidate experience and onboarding process
• Proactively seek to maintain candidate engagement throughout the onboarding process
• This position would require to work business hours, plus overtime hours in both Eastern and Central time zone regions.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree strongly preferred
• Minimum 1 year of related recruitment experience preferred
• Experience with applicant tracking software and online recruitment strategies preferred
• Strong organizational skills with demonstrated attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills with ability to quickly build rapport with others
