Job Overview We are seeking a skilled CyberSecurity Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for protecting our organization's computer systems and networks from cyber threats. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, sales acumen, and strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders. The CyberSecurity Specialist will play a crucial role in identifying vulnerabilities, implementing security measures, and providing exceptional customer service. Duties • Conduct thorough assessments of security systems and protocols to identify potential vulnerabilities. • Develop and implement security policies and procedures to safeguard sensitive information. • Engage in outside sales activities to promote cybersecurity solutions to potential clients. • Manage accounts by maintaining relationships with existing clients while pursuing new business development opportunities. • Utilize CRM software for effective territory management and lead generation. • Conduct product demos to showcase cybersecurity solutions and their benefits. • Collaborate with the sales team on B2B sales strategies, including direct sales and upselling techniques. • Provide technical sales support by addressing client inquiries regarding cybersecurity products and services. • Perform market analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the technology sales landscape. • Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements with clients while ensuring customer satisfaction. Requirements • Proven experience in cybersecurity, technology sales, or related fields. • Strong background in outside sales, account management, and business development. • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred. • Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on customer service excellence. • Ability to conduct cold calling and engage in both inside and territory sales efforts. • Strong analytical skills to assess security risks and develop effective solutions. • Experience in product demonstrations and upselling strategies is highly desirable. • Knowledge of B2B sales processes, including lead generation techniques. • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
