We’re seeking driven, detail-oriented Lead Activation Specialists (LAS) to join our expanding team. This is not your typical call center role. Our LAS team is the foundation of our success, ensuring that every lead we provide is fully verified, engaged, and ready for our advisor network.
What You’ll Do
• Make outbound calls (NO COLD CALLING!!!) to pre-qualified consumer leads to verify details and confirm interest in speaking with a licensed financial professional.
• Ask targeted, compliant questions to ensure lead quality meets our standards.
• Accurately update and maintain lead records in our proprietary lead system.
• Maintain high productivity while focusing on accuracy and professionalism over speed.
• Provide a positive and engaging experience for each prospect, representing our brand with excellence.
• Collaborate with your Activation Team Manager (ATM) and peers to hit individual and team performance goals.

• Phone Confidence: Professional, friendly, and clear communicator with strong listening skills.
• Attention to Detail: Accuracy is critical; you’ll be the last quality checkpoint before a lead goes to an agent.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using cloud-based CRM and call systems.
• Self-Motivated: Able to stay focused and productive in a remote environment.
• Experience: Previous outbound calling, sales support, or lead verification experience preferred, but not required; we will train the right candidate.

Schedule
• Full-time position; shifts available in morning and evening blocks.
• Must be available to work a consistent schedule. We offer morning and evening shifts Monday through Friday, as well as a four-10s shift on Wednesday through Saturday.
Compensation: Competitive hourly base + performance incentives.
(Additional pay differential for multi-lingual team members)
