JOB DESCRIPTION JOB TITLE: Store Account Manager • EMPLOYER: iCoStore, LLC About iCoStore iCoStore designs, builds, and manages custom online company stores that make it easy for organizations to provide branded merchandise to their employees, customers, and partners. We handle everything from product selection and decoration to inventory management and fulfillment — delivering high-quality products, exceptional service, and a seamless experience for our clients. About the Role We’re looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Store Account Manager to be the main point of contact for key clients after their online store launches. You’ll manage store operations, solve problems quickly, and build long-term relationships — all while ensuring orders, inventory, and special projects run smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Ongoing Customer Support • Serve as the store-specific expert for assigned accounts post-launch. • Manage store setup functions, including Point load and Bucket management. • Respond to client inquiries regarding store functionality, capabilities, and usage. • Provide store/usage custom reporting and analysis as requested. • Support logo setup, including item numbers and proofing. • Partner with the Customer Service team to resolve escalated tickets or store-specific inquiries. • Provide timely updates to both internal and external customers regarding order status, backorders, and item changes. Ongoing iCoStore Operational Functions • Conduct inventory reviews, manage re-orders, and maintain deposit balances. • Monitor and correct auto order item errors (e.g., color swatch mismatches). • Oversee Window Buy and special project purchasing. • Convert logo decoration methods when necessary. Overall Store & Order Review • Monitor and address late orders, including initiating replacements, arranging drop ships, or correcting ordering errors. • Resolve production questions related to color, logo placement, or design inconsistencies. • Perform forward-looking store reviews to anticipate and resolve issues before they impact the client. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent required. • 5+ years of account management experience required. • Experience with online web stores is a plus. • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel required. • Familiarity with the apparel and promotional products industry is a plus. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. • Proven record of delivering excellent customer service in a project management environment. • Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and within a team. • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with a high attention to detail. • Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
