Inside Sales Account Manager – Network Security Dallas/Plano, TX (Flexible within Texas) Remote What You’ll Do: Relate Search has partnered with a leading cybersecurity company in their search for an Inside Sales Account Manager (ISAM) to help drive growth in the U.S. market. This role focuses on prospecting, lead generation, and managing the full sales cycle for SMB accounts, with opportunities to collaborate on larger enterprise deals. Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, you’ll work in a pod structure with sales engineers and other cross-functional teams to close deals and accelerate digital transformation for customers across industries including energy, manufacturing, and critical infrastructure. Responsibilities: • Prospect, generate, and qualify leads within assigned territory. • Manage the full sales cycle for SMB accounts, leveraging Salesforce and sales enablement tools. • Develop relationships with channel partners and key stakeholders to drive renewals and net-new business. • Deliver engaging presentations and value propositions to prospects and customers. • Meet or exceed quota attainment goals. • Collaborate closely with Sales Engineers, Regional Sales Directors, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution. • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and account documentation in CRM systems. • Represent the company at training sessions and team events (domestic and international). Qualifications: • 2+ years of inside sales, BDR, or SDR experience with a strong prospecting foundation. • Background in network security (OT experience a plus but not required; can be taught). • Proven record of quota attainment (80%+ consistently) and hunter mindset. • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Stable work history. • Ability to collaborate within a team/pod environment while working remotely. • Comfortable traveling occasionally for training and team events.
