Family Support Worker-Full Time
                                About the position
Responsibilities
• Conduct intake assessments and establish service plans in collaboration with DCF case workers.
• Maintain program quality through participation in staff orientation and training.
• Provide direct services to clients and families, including skills building and service navigation.
• Maintain accurate documentation of interactions with clients and families.
• Participate in agency-sponsored trainings and special events.
• Conduct outreach activities among DCF case management staff to increase program utilization.
• Meet qualifications for credentialing and maintain that status.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, Sociology, or Social Rehabilitation preferred.
• 1 year of experience in social work or related field preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Self-motivated and resourceful with the ability to meet deadlines and multi-task.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Nice-to-haves
• Aptitude in parent support preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish preferred.
