General information Job Title Director, Corporate Finance Functional Area Teammate - Accounting/Finance City Remote Work Location Type Remote Employment Type Full-time (30+ hrs/week)/FULLTIME Description & Requirements Position Description & Requirements POSITION SUMMARY The Director of Corporate Finance will play a key strategic role in the financial leadership of a national physician practice with more than $3 billion in annual revenues. The Director will lead a corporate finance team that drives financial planning, analysis and reporting that supports the organization's financial health, growth, and operational efficiency. This leader will work closely with the CFO, VP of Finance and senior leadership team to develop financial strategies, manage capital structure, and drive long-term value creation for the practice. The Director will be responsible for preparing financial materials for our board of directors, lenders, investors and other stakeholders. WHY RADIOLOGY PARTNERS • Competitive Benefits package - Eligibility starts the month after hire, with tiered options to choose from. • Compensation Reviews, Career Growth Opportunities • Flexible Remote Schedules • Generous PTO Plans and Paid Holidays • Great Place to Work Certified POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Strategic Financial Leadership Partner with the CFO and VP of Corporate Finance to drive the company's financial strategy, including forecasting, budgeting, financial analysis and long-term planning to ensure alignment with overall corporate goals • Provide strategic support the evaluation and execution of capital structure strategies, debt management, and financing options Participate in pivotal decisions as they relate to strategic initiatives of the practice • Financial Operations & Performance Management Manage and oversee the corporate finance function, ensuring effective financial reporting, compliance, and analysis of financial performance Implement best practices for financial processes, ensuring accurate reporting and adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements. • Review and analyze monthly financial results and provide strategic insight, guidance and recommendations to leaders • Preparing three statement financial models for short and long range planning • Serve as a strategic finance partner to corporate department leaders to help them achieve, monitor and remain accountable to financial performance (e.g., budget vs. actual, proactively identify cost management and mitigation) • Team Leadership & Development Lead, mentor and develop a team of finance leaders, managers and analysts, managing work allocation, systems training, performance evaluations, and the building of an effective and efficient team dynamic Identify areas of opportunity to standardize, simplify, and streamline to drive our value of continuous improvement • Promotes communication and cooperation among teammates to create a spirit of unity in the department • Works closely with leadership and teammates to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention • Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to direct reports (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions) • Risk Management & Process Improvement • Ensure application of appropriate internal controls and financial procedures • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the corporate finance team to enhance efficiency and effectiveness DESIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE • Masters-level studies in business and/or CPA Undergraduate degree in Finance or Accounting • 8+ years of finance operations, accounting, or financial planning & analysis experience • Experience as a corporate or regional financial operations leader with demonstrated financial discipline and success in a high-growth, rapidly changing environment • Experience developing and executing on financial plans with an eye towards incorporating innovative approaches • Prior experience with Workday, Adaptive, OfficeConnect and Microsoft Office Suite KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES • Strong expertise and knowledge in financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic financial planning • Expertise in capital structure management, including debt and equity financing • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior management, external stakeholders, peers and direct reports • Role is remote and minimal travel occasionally required from time to time to support team meetings COMPENSATION The salary range for this position is $160,000-$180,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
