Program Manager (Contract) Please note that this is a contract role providing services to Microsoft through external staffing partners of Allegis Global Solutions. If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by AGS and will not be an employee of Microsoft. Summary Join a dynamic team dedicated to ensuring privacy compliance within the CO+I (Cloud Operations and Innovation) division at Microsoft. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals early in their privacy careers to gain hands-on experience while supporting critical projects. You will play a vital role in managing workload by conducting routine privacy reviews and collaborating with various business teams to ensure successful submissions. Your contributions will help drive privacy initiatives and enhance the overall effectiveness of our privacy operations. Job Responsibilities • Conduct privacy impact assessments and reviews. • Support privacy-by-design initiatives and risk mitigation efforts. • Maintain documentation related to privacy inquiries and compliance. • Provide feedback on privacy submissions from different business teams. • Connect with stakeholders to clarify details and ensure successful submissions. Requirements • 2-4 years of experience in privacy, compliance, or related fields. • Bachelor’s degree is required; IAPP privacy certification (such as CIPP) is preferred. • Minimum 2+ years of experience with fundamental privacy knowledge and education. • Minimum 1+ years of experience in a consulting background. • Fundamental knowledge of privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA). • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders in an ad hoc consulting capacity. • Experience in providing constructive feedback on privacy-related matters.
