Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative

We support a wide range of issues ranging from education to social justice to supporting military personnel who are transitioning to civilian life. • SCOPE & GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB: Responsible for all inbound customer service and sales; Responsible for closing and/or triaging sales opportunities; Responsible for executing re-engagement strategies to increase the health score of existing members Requirements: • Must have a desire to learn and develop sales talents, skills, and abilities. • Must have at least 3 years of experience in customer service, support, or sales. • Experience selling or supporting technology solutions, training, or subscriptions is a strong positive but not required. • Strong interest in sales and customer service. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. • Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts clearly and concisely (training provided). • Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus. • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Prior experience in a customer-facing role is a plus. • Must understand AI tools, and when and how to use them.
