Remote Healthcare Benefits Customer Service Representative – No Experience Required Location: Remote – Must Reside Within 2 Hours of Buffalo, NY (One-time in-person visit required on first day for equipment pickup) This is a 3-6 month contract-to-hire opportunity with a high likelihood of permanent hire based on performance, attendance, and overall professionalism. Join our team as a Remote Healthcare Benefits Customer Service Representative! No prior call center experience is needed — just a strong work ethic and three years of verifiable job stability in any industry. In this role, you’ll support members during the benefits enrollment process and help them manage updates to healthcare or pension plans via phone, web chat, and email. You’ll receive full training and ongoing support to grow into a multi-client support specialist. Schedule: · Monday–Friday only! No weekends · 8-hour shifts scheduled between 8:00 AM – 11:00 PM EST · Expect full-time (40 hrs/week) during peak seasons, and 32–40 hrs/week during off-season · Flexibility is key!
