VA for customer service, sales, marketing & admin for The Laundry Zone & Airbnb properties
                                1. Phone Answering & Customer Service – The Laundry Zone
Answer all incoming calls for both locations using provided scripts
Promote services during calls:
Pickup & delivery ($1.75/lb)
Wash-dry-fold ($1.25/lb)
Dry cleaning (same-day & next-day)
Commercial laundry (hotels, Airbnbs, medical offices)
Handle basic issues:
Machine refund requests
Lost item reports
Service/pricing inquiries
Log all calls in a spreadsheet
Escalate urgent or large commercial leads immediately
2. Sales & Service Promotion
Upsell services on every customer interaction
Send follow-up emails/texts to commercial leads
Track leads in CRM or spreadsheet
Update Google Business Profile weekly with service updates, offers, and photos
Respond to customer reviews using pre-approved templates
3. Marketing & Content (The Laundry Zone)
SEO Tasks:
Update keywords and meta descriptions on The Laundry Zone’s website
Optimize Google Business Profile listings for both locations
Blog Posting:
Upload pre-written blog articles to the website
Add SEO-friendly titles, tags, and images
Social Media Posting:
Use Blaze.ai to schedule posts on Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram
Follow content calendar for promotions, events, and seasonal posts
Engage with comments/messages on social media
4. Airbnb Guest & Booking Management (via Hospitable.com)
Use Hospitable.com to manage all guest communication and booking requests
Respond promptly to guest messages using AI-generated responses (review and customize as needed)
Assign cleaning tasks to cleaners through Hospitable after each booking
Confirm cleaning completion and request photos for records
Monitor booking calendar for availability and suggest pricing adjustments
Update listing descriptions, amenities, and seasonal promotions as needed
Request and respond to guest reviews through the platform
5. Admin & Operations
Maintain shared calendar for laundry pickups/deliveries & Airbnb turnovers
Access and use Laundroworks system for The Laundry Zone (refunds, reports, and customer account lookups)
Manage email inbox for both businesses
Prepare weekly reports:
Number of calls answered
Leads generated
Social media engagement stats
Airbnb guest satisfaction ratings
Assist with outreach emails to hotels, nursing homes, and Airbnb hosts
