About the position
Responsibilities
• Lead ECT demand collection and validation, intern conversion process, and unblock business and interns' issues.
• Function as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Early Career Talent to cultivate new talent pipelines and develop scalable processes.
• Demonstrate a broad understanding of HR operations to identify improvement opportunities.
• Solve ambiguous problems and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
• Identify and remove process roadblocks to enhance team efficiency.
• Influence team priorities and business strategy through data-driven insights.
• Regularly review metrics and seek improved data mechanisms for visibility.
• Prioritize multiple inputs and initiate course corrections in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate ideas effectively to a diverse audience.
• Implement regular reviews of current processes and develop suggestions for improvements.
Requirements
• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy and communicating results to senior leadership
• Bachelor's degree
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Nice-to-haves
• 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
• Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, or related field
