Responsibilities
• Drive sales and awareness of Apple's products for the business community.
• Lead briefings and workshops to showcase Apple and third-party technology solutions.
• Utilize CRM tools for account management, pipeline building, and opportunity management.
• Develop account plans to expand adoption of solutions across the Apple ecosystem.
• Maintain a deep understanding of retail business programs and offerings.
• Assess individual account needs and support transitions to appropriate Apple teams.
Requirements
• At least three years of success in sales of technology or business solutions.
• Proven ability to take a personalized, solution-based approach to customer needs.
• Advanced consultative expertise in Apple and third-party solutions.
• Strong business insight and knowledge of key small business industries.
• Excellent listening, influencing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Extraordinary written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with business owners and executives.
• Proven ability to connect with people and manage processes efficiently.
• Adaptability in a dynamic retail environment.
