Community Specialist, Channel Retail
About the position
Responsibilities
• Represent Apple within multiple partner stores and help customers develop relationships with our brand.
• Sell directly to customers and work closely with partners to create new owners of Apple products.
• Provide an amazing customer experience by showcasing Apple products, accessories, and services.
• Proactively seek opportunities to expand awareness for new and existing customers.
• Ensure that all Apple fixtures, product exposures, and merchandising elements are maintained according to Apple's standards.
• Align with your leader on weekly partner visits.
• Provide daily care and inspection of multiple points of sale according to guidelines and escalate issues for timely resolution.
• Educate partners and customers through in-store trainings, demos, and sharing the latest sales promotions.
• Distill key themes and insights from store visits and share feedback with other Apple teams.
Requirements
• Passion for Apple products and technology.
• Experience in sales and customer service.
• Ability to build relationships with partner resellers and customers.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.

• Knowledge of Apple products and services.
