V105 - Legal Support Specialist
Description:
• Answering phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments, and providing compassionate support to clients
• Assisting with client intake and communicating effectively with injured clients
• Supporting attorneys with case tasks, document preparation, and proofing pleadings, motions, and correspondence
• Posting to the firm’s social media pages and preparing monthly Mailchimp email campaigns
• Managing court calendars, tracking deadlines, and obtaining case-related documents
• Supporting attorney logistics with meeting arrangements and travel plans
• Maintaining strict confidentiality and adhering to legal and ethical standards
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of experience supporting legal teams, paralegals, or legal assistants
• Prior experience in workers’ compensation or personal injury law preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) advantageous for client communication
• Strong written and spoken English skills, with excellent grammar and punctuation
• Experience with e-filing court documents
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Able to work in a distraction-free environment, fully focused on tasks
