Hybrid Call Center Representative
                                About the position
Responsibilities
• Communicate via phone with individuals from diverse backgrounds and personalities.
• Make outbound calls (75+/day) and utilize software to document accounts and communicate with insurance companies.
• Negotiate and lead conversations to recover the highest balances for clients.
• Coordinate with team members on account management.
• Document accounts with proper notes to ensure effective communication.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
• Meet the collector target metrics.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule of work from home and in-office days.
• Secure home office with dedicated high-speed internet (100 Mbps down, 10 Mbps up).
• Dedicated space free from background noise and distractions.
• Strong ability for empathy and professionalism.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Attention to detail and effective time management skills.
• Computer and typing skills.
Nice-to-haves
• Experience in a call center environment.
• Familiarity with negotiation techniques.
• Previous experience in accounts receivable or collections.
