What You’ll Do After Hours You’ll be part of our night shift support team, answering customer questions via live chat while most of the world is asleep. From helping customers reset their passwords to troubleshooting billing questions, your role is to keep things running smoothly when the day shift signs off. You’ll use scripts, support tools, and your own judgment to solve problems quickly and kindly—no phones involved.
