We are an Online Education and Tuition Platform looking for an amazing Chinese Customer Chat Support Representative!
Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries and provide Chat support to Chinese-speaking customers via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
- Use active listening and a consultative approach to understand customer issues and needs, and recommend appropriate solutions or assistance.
- Address customer concerns, troubleshoot problems, and provide timely and effective solutions while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate fluency in both written and spoken Chinese, with excellent grammar and communication skills.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer chat support processes.
What you bring to the table:
- Native or near-native proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills in Chinese, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Ability to work within AUSTRALIAN TIMES and meet deadlines
- Quick thinking and ability to learn quickly
