About the position Responsibilities • Provide excellent customer service • Constantly meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards • Respond to complex customer calls • Resolve customer service inquiries which could include: Benefit and Eligibility information, Billing and Payment issues, Customer material requests, Physician assignments, Authorization for treatment, Explanation of Benefits (EOB) Requirements • High school diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience • Must be 18 years of age OR Older • 1+ years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems, OR 1+ years of experience in an office setting environment using the telephone and computer as the primary instruments to perform job duties • Basic proficiency with Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications • Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 10:00am - 6:00pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.
