Bilingual French Customer Support Agent Location: Hybird – Irvine, CA Industry: Medical Device Schedule: • Shift 1: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, 5 days a week (some weekends may be required) Job Summary: We are seeking a Bilingual French Customer Support Agent to provide over-the-phone technical support for our mobile applications. This role requires a customer-focused individual with strong technical aptitude and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: • Assist customers with setup and usage of mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms • Educate users on mobile app functionality • Document all customer interactions in a case ticketing system • Escalate complex issues to appropriate team members • Offer suggestions for support process improvements • Perform other duties or special projects as assigned Minimum Qualifications: • Fluency in French • Customer-friendly attitude with excellent service skills • Strong technical aptitude and ability to follow instructions • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 • Solid knowledge of Apple iOS and Android platforms • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Ability to work independently and research solutions Preferred Qualifications: • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Proven ability to work both in teams and independently • Effective documentation and record-keeping abilities Education: • AA degree or higher preferred Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
