Sr Manager, Strategic Planning - Medicare
About the position
Responsibilities
• Manage strategic projects and programs workstreams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and deliverables.
• Engage with vendor management to identify improvement opportunities in collaboration with the Lead Director of Strategic Planning.
• Develop analyses, presentations, and reporting materials to implement change initiatives and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Navigate a matrixed work environment to foster collaboration and meet goals across the enterprise.
• Proactively identify and address management and business problems to drive solutions.
• Ensure processes and procedures are consistent, efficient, and cost-effective.
Requirements
• 1+ years of management consulting experience, ideally within the health care sector.
• 2+ years experience in care model design and implementation, population health program design, and/or clinical product development.
Nice-to-haves
• Masters in related field (MBA, MPP, MPH, MPA, MHA, MSHP, etc.) preferred but not required.
• 2+ years work experience in managed care preferred (preferably for Medicare and/or dual-eligible beneficiaries).
• 2+ years work experience in developing and maintaining complex queries with data extraction, manipulation, and analysis of large datasets.
