Minimum Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid drivers license
• Current BLS certification
• State of Alaska EMT-I or EMT-II certification
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality emergency care in alignment with medical protocols and safety standards
• Show empathy, professionalism, and discretion in every patient interaction
• Operate in remote and extreme weather conditions with confidence
• Serve as scene leader, ensuring safety and effective coordination
• Collaborate seamlessly with fellow EMS crew members, healthcare professionals, and other response agencies
• Be prepared to work independently and in remote settings when required
