Lead and manage a team of decision science professionals to drive strategic decision-making throughout the company.
Utilize data analytics and insights to provide valuable recommendations and solutions to key stakeholders.
Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve business performance and drive growth.
Stay current on industry trends and advancements in decision science to continuously improve and enhance our processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business challenges and opportunities.
Communicate complex data and findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing quality control measures.
Train and mentor team members to develop their skills and expertise in decision science.
Drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the decision science team.
Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
Act as a thought leader and advocate for the use of data-driven decision making throughout the company.
Represent the company in industry events and conferences to showcase our data-driven approach and thought leadership.
Develop and monitor key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of decision science initiatives.
Collaborate with other senior leaders to align decision science strategies with overall company goals and objectives.
