Job Responsibilities: As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, in Talent Acquisition Marketing you will support the Digital Marketing team in all aspects of their support to the marketing organization and its clients on core digital marketing trends, employment technology trends, and act as a project manager for career site and platform development executing comprehensive strategies in partnership with clients and cross-functional teams. With the ever-changing digital landscape, the Digital Marketing arm of the team is responsible for identify trends and insights, particularly focused on career technology environments, and consulting to optimize strategies and performance based on those insights. Being a high volume, fluid environment this individual will need consultative marketing and project management skills as well as relationship management, strategic thinking, and collaborative integration to deliver unparalleled support. About You… On any one day you might: • Acting as a consultative partner – participating in intake sessions, building trust and probing to understand the overall business challenge and areas of opportunity for clients in their employment technology landscape • Supporting the Digital Marketing team, as they work with agency/ vendors & internal team in the development of career and employment-based platforms and SEO strategy from concept to launch • Working in partnership with team to report performance of all career platforms, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) • Conducting ongoing research to help ensure plans reach diverse populations of candidates or emerging markets of opportunity • Executing on overall digital strategies that enable an engaging, seamless and integrated candidate experience to enhance the overall candidate conversion • Building internal and external relationships and supporting a collaborative, team environment • Ensuring brand coordination and leverage opportunities in markets Basic Qualifications: What you’ll bring to the team: • Demonstrable experience working on, and even leading to a smaller degree, multi-faceted Digital Marketing projects while ensuring superb execution, timely delivery, and client area satisfaction • Understanding of optimizing landing pages and user funnels • Experience with A/B and multivariate testing • Working knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Site Catalyst) • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints • Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement • Demonstrated consultative and interpersonal skills • Ability to analyze and draw marketing implications from research and other data sources • Ability to ascertain the priorities of a particular audience and execute on a consultative solution while driving efficiencies and effectiveness • Proven ability to partner effectively and work in team environment • Demonstrated innovative thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as continuous improvement process skills • Passion for The Walt Disney Company’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives • Ability to act as an influencer who is adept at establishing both external and internal relationships • Ability to act as a calculated risk-taker who isn’t afraid to step outside the box • Enthusiasm, an eager approach to learning, and a willingness to take on new challenges. Additional Qualifications It would be nice if you also are: • Experience in Marketing or Digital Media with 1-3 years industry experience • Proven knowledge of recruitment marketing or recruitment advertising industry practices Education Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience The hiring range for this remote position is $ 21.51 to $ 28.85 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
