Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and delivering exceptional service. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
Duties
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.
• Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to potential clients.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Experience
• Proven experience in sales or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus but not required.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
