Technical Recruiter - Wireless / Telecom / Cloud - (24.14)

About the position Responsibilities • Recruit a full req load average 20-30 requirements • Candidate sourcing, engagement, strategy, interview scheduling and negotiations on offers included in this role • Work well in a team environment - act as internal delivery center • Provide weekly/monthly/quarterly updates to Recruiting Director and Engineering Management on recruiting progress and issues • Strong experience with ATS • Develop strong relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, HR partners • Work on a variety of special projects as needed Requirements • Proven track record of strategic and tactical recruiting in telecommunications / cloud industry • 5+ years' minimum experience with Telecom/ IT Recruiting. Agency / corporate experience including sourcing and full life cycle • Experience with 5G/ 4G LTE experience preferred • Bachelor's degree required • Must be familiar with Immigration rules and Visa processing • Experience supporting large scale Vendor Management Tools preferred • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Strong negotiation and selling skills • Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management • Confident, responsible, mature and organized • Must be willing to work flexible hours when needed • Strong sourcing experience and network of industry contacts to use for passive candidates and referrals. Relying solely on job boards will not lead to success in this role • Ability to work with and identify new recruiting channels, partners, vendors etc. • Provide support to other Tech Mahindra business units as well as Tech M groups from around the globe.
