Spring Education Group is seeking a detail-oriented Campus Billing & Support Assistant to join our team on a remote, per diem basis. In this role, you’ll perform billing functions that support school operations and partner with our centralized billing team to ensure accurate and timely transactions. What You’ll Do • Process tuition billing, including updates for program or rate changes. • Create additional invoices for camps, drop-in days, late fees, and ancillary programs. • Support attendance tracking through Tadpoles to align with billing programs. • Assist with enrollment audits for assigned schools. • Manage agency account billing and issue approved credit memos. • Process vacation credits and registration transactions in NetSuite. • Conduct competitive pricing reviews as needed. What We’re Looking For • High school diploma or equivalent required. • At least 2 years of related experience; prior school environment experience preferred. • Accounting/billing background is a plus. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively with school and administrative teams. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Suite, email, and internet tools. • Organized, responsive, and able to maintain confidentiality and accuracy in work. • Comfortable with basic math and creating a well-defined, productive workspace. • Must be 18 years or older. • We especially encourage applicants with prior billing experience or who have worked within the Spring Education Group network of schools to apply.
