Porter/Maintenance

We are seeking a dedicated and service-oriented individual for a full-time Maintenance position covering our parking garage and surface lots in the Deep Ellum and Downtown areas of Dallas. Please note that the exact work schedule is still being determined. This role is primarily responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our parking facilities. Key responsibilities include: • Performing cleaning tasks such as sweeping, trash pickup, and scrubbing of parking garage floors and surface lots. • Experience making repairs with power tools for signs and metal frames installation. • Providing a highly positive and welcoming experience for customers, demonstrating a strong service mentality. • Interacting with customers in a courteous and friendly manner. • Communicating effectively with both customers and team members. • Remaining on your feet for extended periods of time. • Operating a company truck safely and efficiently (valid Driver's License required). Qualifications and Skills: • Preferred: 1 year of experience in customer service and cleaning. • Required: Ability to verbally communicate clearly in English.
