Expanding our reach to Law Enforcement across the US, RTS Tactical is now seeking a highly talented, motivated and goal-oriented Law Enforcement Sales Specialist to join our team. Who We Are Looking For RTS Tactical is a one-stop solutions provider for our Law Enforcement. The energy of our Sales Department exudes exactly that. We are here to serve. We are here to provide. We are here to ensure that every officer, and member of the force has the gear that they need, to come home safe at night. We are looking for someone with Leadership Experience in Law Enforcement. Sales Experience is not a hard requirement, as training is provided on the job. A good fit for RTS Tactical would be a strong ethics natural leader, with LE experience, who can combine interpersonal skills, product knowledge, and strategic thinking to effectively connect with our customers and provide excellent solutions to them. Job Responsibilities • Strategically reach out to Law Enforcement Departments and Agencies and apply business acumen to assist in fostering new business opportunities. • Build and develop relationships with End Users, Chiefs, Law Enforcement, and First Responders. • Follow up with our clients to ensure they receive quality service throughout the entire sales process and that their requests are addressed within the company’s stipulated timelines. • Diligently follow up with customers to gather feedback and discuss future procurement opportunities. • Engage with Marketing, to create content to support and better serves out clients. • Engage in weekly sales meetings and ensure relentless follow-up with team members for the success of projects. • Exemplify outstanding leadership in company culture, sales efforts, and ethics, while serving our end users and the industry. • Maintain personal accountability, agreements, and commitments, and proactively identify and address potential conflicts in line with RTS codes of conduct. • Travel is required 25% of the time, within your territory to Departments, to Trade Shows, as well as to RTS Headquarters. Travel reimbursed by the company. Skills and Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in Law Enforcement or Sales. (preferred) • Sales experience in the Body Armor Industry. (preferred) • Effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills to be able to articulate the value proposition of our products clearly and persuasively. • High level of motivation, focus, and drive with a proven track record meeting sales targets and KPIs. • A hard work ethic, positive attitude, and coachable demeanor. • Organization skills for proper maintenance of files. • Ability to comfortably work in an environment that involves firearms.
