Job Description:
Aleria Home Care Agency LLC is seeking a skilled and proactive Virtual Assistant with proven experience in the healthcare field. This remote role supports key operational functions including payroll, billing, client onboarding, and outreach. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable managing multiple administrative tasks while working independently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process payroll accurately and on schedule
• Manage billing and invoicing for services rendered
• Schedule and coordinate onboarding for new clients
• Onboard and orient new hires using agency resources
• Track and follow up on referrals and leads
• Maintain lead management and outreach logs
• Conduct warm and cold calls to organizations for networking and partnerships
• Provide administrative support to agency leadership
Requirements:
• Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant in a healthcare setting
• Knowledge of payroll, billing, and invoicing platforms
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools
• Access to a reliable internet connection and computer
Schedule:
Flexible part-time hours. Must be available for scheduled virtual check-ins and team meetings.
