JD: The resources do need to be onshore with good communication skills: They will need to elicit requirements from business stakeholders and communicate those requirements both internal and to external development teams; as well as support testing and troubleshoot defects. So understanding the business is important. • Business Data Analyst skills • XML structure that goes to a relational database for transactional processing • Data Mapping, Data visualization • Relational database, SQL • XML Schema • Process mapping • Source target data • SQL - understand a backend system and be able to query.
