Virtual Assistant for Project Coordination & Customer Communication in Jewelry Industry
We are seeking a highly professional and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help manage ongoing projects and support our team. This role requires strong communication skills, professionalism in customer interactions, and the ability to stay on top of follow-ups and deadlines. Candidates with prior experience in the jewelry industry will be strongly preferred.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling calls, coordinating directly with customers and team members, and ensuring smooth project execution. Prior experience or knowledge in the jewelry industry is a strong advantage.
Responsibilities:
Manage and track ongoing projects with attention to detail
Coordinate directly with customers and internal team members via phone and email
Handle follow-ups to keep tasks and deadlines on track
Provide professional customer service in all interactions
Assist with scheduling, documentation, and general administrative tasks
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional demeanor and customer service experience
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable making and receiving professional calls
Prior VA or project coordination experience preferred
Stable internet connection suitable for calls and video meetings
Must be available to work U.S. Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours
