About the position Responsibilities • Act as the single point of contact for all projects related to this platform. • Host and participate in status conference calls. • Provide weekly meeting report/minutes to Professional Services - Engagement Executive Program Manager regarding the progress of all projects associated with this platform. • Oversee and coordinate all aspects of open projects, serving as the main facilitator of activity and primary liaison between Customer and Verizon. • Responsible for high-level deliverables throughout the project lifecycle. • Interface with Customer, NSP's and monitor their performance as it relates to project schedules and service delivery. • Manage Verizon and Customer communications leveraging the project status tracking log. • Ensure all high-level implementation milestones are being met. • Assist Customer in the creation and documentation of the implementation processes and procedures, as needed. • Drive process improvements across NSP's through recommendations to the Customer program management team. • Manage compliance of project objectives, escalations, and day-to-day operations support of projects. • Advise Customer on service processes to assist in Customer's resolution of NSP service delivery issues. • Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the Run the Bank (RTB) program, serving as the main facilitator of activity and primary liaison between Customer and Verizon. Requirements • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience. • Three or more years of relevant experience in a project management role managing enterprise networking projects. • Experience and a proven record of meeting deadlines, managing multiple complex projects simultaneously, and working in a fast-paced, dynamic, individual, and team-oriented work environment. • Willingness to travel for occasional onsite customer meetings, travel estimated as >25%. Nice-to-haves • A degree or PMP certification. • Exceptional interpersonal, relationship development, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Motivated, self-starter, and highly collaborative, able to produce high-quality results in high-pressure situations in a dynamic environment. • Technical acumen to interpret business implications. • Effective use of PCs, including Microsoft Office. • Managed programs and/or projects on a large scale. • Worked in a technical field. • Exceptional organizational and time management skills. • Customer service experience with internal and external clients.
