Job Summary
Walmart is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive – Digital Sales Support to join our fast-growing digital commerce team. This role will be instrumental in supporting online sales strategies, optimizing digital product listings, and enhancing customer experiences across Walmarts e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital retail operations and a passion for data-driven decision-making in a high-paced environment. This is a remote-friendly position with flexible working arrangements.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage day-to-day e-commerce operations, ensuring seamless online customer experiences.

Assist in product listing creation, updates, and optimization using SEO best practices.

Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and accuracy.

Monitor digital sales performance and support sales campaigns by generating reports and analyzing sales data.

Handle digital catalog management, pricing updates, and promotional setup in alignment with business objectives.

Provide technical support and resolve digital order issues, including payment, fulfillment, and returns processes.

Identify process improvements and contribute to digital strategy enhancements.

Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams and third-party vendors.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• *
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.

Strong understanding of online retail platforms, preferably with experience on Walmart Marketplace, Amazon, or Shopify.

Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and experience with digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

2–4 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, digital merchandising, or sales support.

Previous experience working within a large retail or e-commerce organization is a strong advantage.
• Working Hours

Full-time position (40 hours per week)
• *
Flexible working hours with core collaboration time between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM CST

Remote work available with occasional in-office meetings or team events (if local)
