Job title: French Speaking CSR -Work Form Home Company: Aston Carter Job description: Description: Customer Service Agent is responsible for supporting customers, third party independent distributors, Sales Managers regarding various inquiries around sales, product support, and product usage in the Canadian region. A majority of this region speaks French as their first language. Must be comfortable with inbound calls, email and ticketing. Skills: Customer service, Call center, bilingual French, Data entry, Microsoft Office Additional Skills & Qualifications: • Past experience in a Customer Support role, where you have been recognized for providing amazing experiences to your customers. • Fluent with speaking and writing in both French and English. • Demonstrated ability to multitask and work with multiple software screens at a time. • Demonstrated ability to undergo training, take detailed notes for, and implement training accurately on the job. • Advanced computer skills needed in Microsoft Office Suites and Google Suite, with the ability to learn computer skills and programs such as Jira (ticketing system) Microsoft Navision (ERP system) and others. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. • Proven track record of flexibility, customer service oriented, and a positive attitude. • Must communicate as an effective problem-solver and be able to interconnect successfully and professionally in a team setting. . First 3 weeks are in person training, they will not be on the phones until around 60 days, then it's WFH.
